Hello,
It may be freezing cold here in Western Pennsylvania, but the real estate market is already on fire! Since January 1st, my phone has been ringing off the hook. Despite what you might hear in the news, the reality in my world is clear: the market is bustling, and buyers and sellers are on the move.
