First and foremost: Bill and Sharon Young, THANK YOU for your patience and perseverance. 🙏 This one was a roller coaster and you two held on tight the whole ride. Buckle up, everyone, here's how it went:
🎢 Offer #1: Our buyer terminated because she had a premonition — an actual dream — that she wasn't supposed to move back to Pennsylvania. Yes. That was the reason. I can't make this up. 🔮
🎢 Offer #2: Six days from the closing table… life threw an unexpected curveball, and the deal fell apart. Once again, folks — NOT making this up. 😬
🎢 Offer #3: Our final buyer decided to nitpick us down to every last leaf in the window well and every cobweb in the garage. 🍂🕸️ We're talking next-level — my assistant Talia and I literally rolled up our sleeves and got in on the cleaning action ourselves! 🧹💪 There was even a battle over Grandma's shelf in the bathroom… and I'm thrilled to report WE GOT THE SHELF. 🏆😂 But through a whole lot of deep breathing, a little venting, and some serious regrouping… we got it across the finish line! 🏁
