Tanner Grassi
Tanner Grassi, a proud native of Butler, PA, has deep roots in the community. Despite its rural-town vibe, it is conveniently located only 30-40 minutes away from downtown Pittsburgh.
Tanner deeply values his family and is excited about starting his own someday with his lovely girlfriend Ashley, cherishing the love and support that comes with family bonds. Additionally, he has inherited Ashley's dog, Robin, who has become a beloved part of his life.
Outside of work, Tanner engages in various hobbies and activities. He finds solace in writing, gardening, archery, fishing, scuba diving, jujitsu, and shooting pool with friends. He also prioritizes his physical well-being through weight training and running. Among the four seasons, Tanner holds a special affinity for spring and summer, as the vibrant energy and rebirth of nature truly captivate him. During his time off, he values reconnecting with friends and family members whom he doesn't see often.
Tanner has been an integral part of the real estate industry and our team since May of 2022, approaching his one-year anniversary. Currently, he focuses primarily on representing buyers in real estate transactions. However, working within a team provides him with valuable exposure to listing transactions, allowing him to expand his knowledge of selling properties. Engaging in various aspects of real estate, Tanner is continuously learning about different areas, property details, and real estate procedures, fostering personal growth. His day-to-day activities involve extensive research, searching for homes, and providing comprehensive answers to his clients' questions. Furthermore, he dedicates a significant amount of time to scheduling appointments and showing houses. The collaborative environment within the team offers flexibility and mutual support, ensuring that clients are always well-attended to.
Before embarking on his real estate journey, Tanner gained valuable experience working for Leicher Construction LLC. and Bricker Construction. Additionally, he was employed full-time in a business that specialized in installing automotive lifts and paint booths in garages and shops across multiple states. Though physically demanding, this labor-intensive job proved rewarding, and Tanner's transition to real estate allowed him to combine his newfound knowledge with a more polished approach. He continues to work part-time in construction, recognizing the value of understanding structural and mechanical concepts, which greatly benefit his clients.
